Description

The Nova 9 series torch is based on the standard 9 series torch available throughout the industry. The Nova 9 series torch uses NOVA 9 or 20 series torch consumables as well as any standard 9 series torch from any other brand. This type torch was originally classified as a series "2" torch early on in its development by the original manufacturer of TIG torches to refer to a specific size. Later down the line, the 9 series sprang from this type of torch and was standardized throughout the industry as a small 125 Amp class, air-cooled torch. The standard NOVA 9 Flex head torch features an adjustable neck. This torch is intended for those customers that require a flexible neck for easier access to awkward locations and for improved operator comfort. The flex head internal structure is made from heavy-duty coiled copper wire to allow the unit to flex 35º from the level plane in any direction. The one piece Ultra-Flex cable included in this package is silicone based and is sheathed in a protective, abrasion resistant covering. The "Ultra" flexible and light weight cable design further reduces operator fatigue and allows more precise manipulation.

Note: A DINSE type connector or power adapter is not included with this torch/cable package. Be sure to select the correct connector (listed for sale above) for this torch when ordering.

This product is covered by the standard 1 year NOVA Blue Shield warranty. To the original owner, Nova Welding Industries (hereafter referred to as NWI) warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after purchase. NWI, at its discretion, will replace or repair this product should any defect of material or workmanship arise. For a period of 30 days after purchase, NWI will cover associated shipping costs with replacement or repair. After a period of 30 days following purchase, the customer agrees to pay any shipping expenses incurred by the customer or by NWI arising from the resolution of this warranty. This warranty does not cover conditions or failures that occur from accidents, wear, overheating, modification, neglect or abuse. NWI will not be responsible for personal injury, time or property loss due to the use or improper use of this product. NWI will not be responsible for damage to this product or other products arising from use with non NWI products used in conjunction with or in addition to this product.
