Before any returns are made, you must secure a return authorization number. All returns that are not warranty or shipping damage related must be in original packaging and unused and in good condition. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If you think you mis-ordered, please contact us and let us know immediately so we can help resolve this if possible before shipping out your purchased product. If you are shipped the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we may correct it. Although rare, this can happen from time to time if we are in a heavy volume season or day or a product has gotten mislabeled during inventory check in. You may be asked to send a picture of the product to confirm what you received. This is standard procedure so that we can make sure that the correct product will be shipped. If it’s our fault, don’t worry, we’ll take care of the shipping.
