Normally, after you place your order, we ship out your order the same day. Occasionally on heavy volume days we may get slightly delayed but usually within 48 hours at the latest unless the item is out of stock. From time to time orders may be placed before inventory is updated and we will be out of stock. In that case you will be notified the item is on backorder when the invoice is created. Shipping information is sent directly to your email, so be sure to check for invoice and tracking numbers there before you call to inquire. Please note: Due to our low pricing and modest shipping prices, we cannot ship outside of the lower 48 states of the US or to US territories at our standard rates, even if the order is shown to be placed on the site. You may be contacted and asked to pay additional shipping fees before we can ship, Normally, this is just the difference between the cost of our US flat fee and the special fee to ship to you outside of the lower 48 states. However, in most cases, if you desire to purchase a product anyway, we will be glad to ship at the additional shipping price or ship to a US destination of your choice. Keep in mind though, you are responsible for any import fees and tariffs. Please check with your local government for any restrictions on importation. We will not be responsible for any problems related to customs and duties that you will need to pay or paperwork needing to be secured.
