This product is covered by the standard 1 year NOVA Blue Shield warranty. To the original owner, Nova Welding Industries (hereafter referred to as NWI) warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after purchase. NWI, at its discretion, will replace or repair this product should any defect of material or workmanship arise. For a period of 30 days after purchase, NWI will cover associated shipping costs with replacement or repair. After a period of 30 days following purchase, the customer agrees to pay any shipping expenses incurred by the customer or by NWI arising from the resolution of this warranty. This warranty does not cover conditions or failures that occur from accidents, wear, overheating, modification, neglect or abuse. NWI will not be responsible for personal injury, time or property loss due to the use or improper use of this product. NWI will not be responsible for damage to this product or other products arising from use with non NWI products used in conjunction with or in addition to this product. NWI makes no warranty or representation of particular fitness, accuracy or suitability of the information and specifications contained on this site. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
